Plan, lead, and manage the development of an IR&D project related to predictive and computer/human

interaction analytics. Work closely with stakeholders and strategic members on the business

development team to write requirements, analyze and transform them into user stories to be put into

JIRA’s product backlog. Identify areas for business improvement as a pipeline across all lines of businesses

and developed workflows, which support current and future business processes. Design user interface

(UI) and put together wireframe visualizations for product. Provide technical design and use

case diagrams with Microsoft Visio. Work with Tableau data analytics platform to build visualizations
